Job Title: Part Time International Ops Specialist

Department: International Ops


We are looking for a Part Time International Ops Specialist to join our International Operations (Ops) team at Open Bank! The Part Time International Ops Specialist is responsible for assisting the International Ops Officer in processing and servicing Trade Finance and Lines of Credit. Prepare and review L/C applications and line requests. Work independently with third party vendors and borrowers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.International Operations

A. Import

  • L/C Processing: L/C open, L/C Settlement, Loan Posting, Bank Release, B/A
  • Line or Credit Set-up and Renewal Process
  • Loan Advance and Payment Posting
  • Auto-Renewal Standby L/C follow-up
  • Customer Ledger call-back with Horizon XE balance

B. Export

  • L/C Advising, Negotiation, Reimbursement/Collection follow-up & payment process 
  • Processing of Transfer L/C, Assignment of Proceeds
  • EWCP Loan Advance and Payment Posting

C. Collection

  • D/A & D/P Document Process & Settlement for incoming & outgoing

D. Miscellaneous

  • Daily Online Transaction Entry (OTE) input and book on Horizon XE
  • Proof of Transactions for daily reports & call back account maintenance log at ImageCentre.
  • SWIFT Input
  • Monthly Certification & Monthly Review file follow up
  • Manage the scanning and digitization of closed files.

2.Build and maintain relationships with international customers, providing tailored financial services.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Previous office, customer service, or banking experience preferred
