Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Earn more than a wage. Our drivers take home a guaranteed $18.25/hr, plus you keep 100% of the tips you earn — and on busy nights, they can add up fast. If you’ve driven for Uber, DoorDash, or Skip, you already know the road. Here’s what they don’t give you: guaranteed hourly pay, steady scheduled shifts, and a team behind you.

This is a part-time position — with real potential to earn full-time hours as you prove yourself.

Why drivers choose us over the apps:

  • Guaranteed $18.25/hr — you earn whether it’s busy or slow, with tips as upside
  • Start part-time; top performers can work their way up to full-time hours
  • Steady, predictable shifts built around the availability you give us
  • Free & discounted pizza and meals on shift
  • A genuine career path: many of our managers started behind the wheel

The role: You’ll be a driver first, but also part of the crew — taking orders, prepping food, and keeping the store running between deliveries. More variety, more hours, more skills.

What you need:

  • Valid driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • 18 years or older; able to pass driving and background checks
  • A clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • Minimum 3 full days of open availability (Sun–Thu 10 AM–midnight, Fri–Sat 10 AM–2 AM)

Apply now — it takes 5 minutes. We review applications daily and interview fast.

Use of a personal vehicle with valid licensing, insurance, and registration is required. Employment is contingent on meeting driving and background check requirements. This posting is informational and not a binding offer of employment; terms — including compensation, scheduling, and promotion eligibility — will be set out in a formal employment agreement upon hire. Evoco Foods Inc. dba Domino’s Pizza may adjust duties and schedules per business needs and applicable law.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum 3 years safe driving record
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
  • Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • Must have access to insured vehicle
  • Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude.
