Looking for a Delivery Driver, Non-CDL Driver, Package Delivery Driver, Route Driver, or Courier job near Airway Heights or Spokane, WA? High Peak Logistics LLC is hiring!

Our Delivery Drivers enjoy consistent schedules, paid training, a company-provided delivery van, and the independence of working on the road while delivering packages throughout the local community.

No previous delivery experience required. No CDL required.

We provide our Delivery Drivers with quality equipment, supportive local leadership, reliable schedules, and opportunities to grow. Our delivery terminal is located at 12315 W McFarlane Rd, Airway Heights, WA 99001.

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-Time Delivery Driver: 4 days per week
  • Part-Time Delivery Driver: Positions available
  • Seasonal Delivery Driver: Positions available
  • Approximately 10-hour daytime shifts
  • Typical shift: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Weekday and weekend availability based on schedule

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver

  • Complete approximately 180-250 package deliveries per day
  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
  • Load and organize packages for your assigned delivery route
  • Deliver packages to homes, apartments and businesses
  • Perform daily vehicle safety inspections
  • Use GPS, scanning devices and mobile delivery technology
  • Safely enter and exit the delivery van throughout your shift
  • Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work independently while staying connected with Driver support and dispatch
  • Work outdoors in varying weather and road conditions
Qualifications

Delivery Driver Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Dependable, punctual and safety-focused
  • Comfortable driving a delivery van for extended periods
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable using GPS and mobile technology
  • No CDL required
  • No previous Delivery Driver experience required

Previous experience is helpful but not required.

Candidates with experience as a Delivery Driver, Non-CDL Driver, Package Delivery Driver, Courier, Route Driver, Local Driver, Van Driver, Box Truck Driver, Delivery Associate, Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Worker, Rideshare Driver, Food Delivery Driver, Customer Service Associate, or other driving and delivery position are encouraged to apply.
