In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages, ensuring timely arrivals, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial drivers’ vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Load, unload, and organize packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
  • Deliver goods to customers’ locations accurately and on schedule, following designated routes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with recipients during deliveries.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained; report any issues promptly.
  • Manage documentation related to deliveries, including route logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving stock, and supporting team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivery driving or courier roles, with a strong focus on route driving and load & unload procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving packages or equipment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
