Job Summary:
We are a rapidly growing health insurance agency looking for an organized and motivated PART TIME customer service representative to join our team. We work with all the major carriers in Ohio and assist clients with their health insurance needs for both the under-65 and Medicare markets.
Customer Service Project Manager Duties:
โข Answer phones and greet clients
โข Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
โข Add and maintain client information in CRM systems
โข Provide support to prospective and current clients as needed
โข Coordinate kits for agent appointments
โข Communicate with insurance carriers regarding cancellation letters, change requests, and updates
โข Upload monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM
โข Assist the team with various projects
โข Assist with the yearly open enrollment period (October to December), requiring additional hours per week during this time, including some Saturdays.
Requirements & qualifications:
โข High School Diploma or equivalent
โข Excellent communication skills
โข Highly detail-oriented
โข Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively
โข Prior experience in health insurance is a plus, particularly in Medicare
โข Self-motivated and well-organized
โข Adaptable and able to go with the flow
โข Flexible schedule during the busy season (October to December each year)
Hours/Compensation:
โข 20-24 hours/week, $20-22/hour, based on experience
