Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistants and Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support to clients in the Omaha metro area. You will play an essential role in helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while bringing peace of mind to their families.

We are hiring immediately for both day shifts and afternoon shifts, with flexible scheduling available to fit your lifestyle.


Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands

  • Monitor and record client condition and report changes to nursing staff

  • Administer medication reminders and follow care plans as directed

  • Deliver care with professionalism, patience, and respect
