Position Overview
Bishop Clean Care is seeking a positive, motivating, and highly communicative Area/Site Lead Cleaner. You will lead a frontline team of 1 to 5 cleaners across various off-site projects, including commercial openings, residential cleanings, post-construction sites, and renovation clean-ups. In this role, you will balance hands-on cleaning with team management and on-site training. You will be the primary mentor for new hires, ensuring they learn our high standards in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-On Cleaning: Work alongside the cleaning team performing daily cleaning duties while also providing on-site leadership and direction.
  • Team Leadership: Direct daily operations for a team of 1-5 cleaners on site.
  • Hands-On Training: Provide practical, encouraging instruction to new hires and existing staff.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bishop Clean Care standards.
  • Positive Culture: Maintain a motivating, collaborative, and respectful team atmosphere.
  • Client Communication: Act as the professional on-site point of contact for clients.
