Job description

Join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality oral healthcare to one of our Community Outreach partners in Stillwater, MN. We are seeking a Part-time Licensed Dental Hygienist to deliver patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education.
The schedule is very flexible, as little as one day a week, however, we wellcome additional hours too!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planning
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
  • Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified
  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Collaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing
  • 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Local anesthesia/N2O certification
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish preferred based on clinic location)
$48 - $55 an hour
