  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

  • You will be required to successfully complete an assessment showing understanding of Exact Sciences Epic processes necessary to the job functions with a score of 80% or higher.  Exact Sciences will make a reasonable accommodation available, if necessary, to assist an employee with a disability to satisfy this requirement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the essential duties of the position.
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in the clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
  • 5+ years of experience leading people, teams, and/or cross-functional projects.
  • 5+ years of Epic Professional Billing experience, including demonstrated knowledge of Epic Prelude and Epic Resolute modules.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance, reimbursement, and billing operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of government and third-party payer requirements impacting reimbursement.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements and translate operational needs into systems solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across technical, operational, and leadership audiences.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
