Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.

  • Transform complex data into actionable insights that help teams make informed business decisions.

  • Create part codes and maintain accurate product and sales data across multiple retail customers while ensuring strong data governance and data integrity.

  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data.

  • Improve and automate recurring reporting and business processes.

  • Own projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Create documentation and standardized processes that improve team efficiency.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve our systems, reporting, and processes by leveraging automation, advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

  • A strong curiosity for data science and advanced analytics, with a desire to continuously learn new tools and techniques.
