Job description

HSE Administrator
Primary Location: Vancouver, Canada

Employee Status: Part-time

Hourly Rate: $26.00 to $28.50

Bridgemans Services Group LP (BSG) provides flexible, full-service vessels for industrial workforce accommodations, logistics and ferry service at any location throughout the world. BSG customizes services to the exact needs and locations of clients, ensuring that solutions meet precise specifications, including logistics, crew transfers, housekeeping, catering, and the fulfillment of all HSE requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support HSE team by gathering data and presenting in actionable format

  • Branding and visual identity of documents, formatting in Microsoft.

  • Data entry and maintenance of HSE databases (M, etc.).

  • Assist with maintenance of contractor and supplier management solutions sites such as ISNetworld, Cognibox, etc.

  • Administration of fleet management software (Marad).

  • Actively participate in meetings and activities.

  • Maintain documentation and prepare HSE reports, presentations, and communications.

  • Assist in internal and external audit process and maintenance of ISO certifications.

  • Plan and organize safety engagement initiatives.

  • Support and improve Health & Safety program and track changes to Occupational Health & Safety Regulations with actions to be taken by operations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Safety designation preferred.

  • Administration or business diploma or degree.

  • Attention to detail with superior organizational skills.

  • Solid computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to coordinate with other departments and managers and work as a team.
