Job description

Beacon Hill is hiring a part-time Data Entry Specialist to start immediately! This is with a stable company with a great reputation located in the loop. The Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR department with entering confidential information into their system and auditing records.

Responsibilities: Enter and update data accurately into internal systems and databases Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain organized digital records and documentation Assist with processing forms, spreadsheets, and basic reporting Cross-check information between multiple sources for consistency Respond to internal requests for data updates or information retrieval Conduct email follow-up to confirm information, request missing details, or provide updates as needed Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts via email Support administrative tasks related to data management as needed Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information Work a consistent schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 4 hours per day Requirements Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence Strong organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency Reliable and able to adhere to a set weekly schedule Professional and polished communication style Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
