The posted position describes this as a multi-faceted development role encompassing major gifts, EITC and government scholarship programs, annual giving, planned giving, event planning, and grants, with ability to manage an office with a full-time advancement officer and part-time data staff. The Director of Advancement will perform other duties as assigned by the Principal. EducationBachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred in nonprofit management, philanthropy, business administration, or a related field. CFRE designation is strongly preferred.
