Position SummaryThe Armed Field Supervisor oversees daily security operations, officer scheduling, dispatch coordination, and field supervision. This role ensures compliance with company and client policies while maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a Valid TWIC Card
- Armed State Security License
- Concealed Carry Pistol Permit
- Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company-approved driver standards.
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to maintain a standing post and cover officer assignments as needed
- Manage officer schedules, assignments, and staffing coverage
- Conduct field training, evaluations, and performance oversight
- Support dispatch and operational logistics
- Perform site patrols and identify safety or security concerns
- Monitor access points and verify credentials
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies according to established procedures
- Maintain electronic logs, reports, and incident documentation
- Enforce post orders, policies, and procedures
- Utilize tablets and computer systems for reporting and communication
- Supervise, mentor, and support security personnel
