Adecco is supporting a company in Whittier with a part time Receptionist role:

In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, and taking messages. You will also assist with production scheduling data entry. Since you will be the first-person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can always maintain a professional appearance.

Job Responsibilities:

· Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

· Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.

· Answer visitors’ questions, calls using switchboard and provide them with the relevant information.

· Follow security procedures, such as maintaining the logbook

· Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.

· Perform production scheduling data entry.

· Supports projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions.

· Assist the HR Manager with administrative non-confidential tasks.

· Perform other clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

· Strong communications and skills.

· High level of professionalism and courtesy.

· Works well with others and can multitask (sense of urgency).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

· Great attention to detail.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

· Minimum 3yrs experience in a similar role.

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
