Job Function

The part-time Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and updating data in various systems while ensuring data integrity and consistency. Key responsibilities include manual data entry of transcripts and test scores, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and performing routine data cleanup to maintain organized and reliable databases. The role may also include scanning and indexing documents to ensure they are properly logged and routed for further review or data entry. Other duties may be assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with data management systems (e.g., Banner, OnBase, and/or Slate CRM). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with FERPA guidelines and handling sensitive student information.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma and two years of experience related to the job function. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets, and other office tools, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a part-time capacity. Cannot be a currentUNFstudent for this position type.
