Reports To: Distribution & Printing Services Supervisor

Travel: Frequent daily travel across the main campus and district-wide locations

LOCATION: Green Bay

STANDARD HOURS: Tuesday and Thursday; 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; 14 - 16 hours per week

PAY RATE: $18.29 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform high-volume, time-sensitive pick-ups and deliveries between campus locations to support daily college operations, with primary responsibility operating college vehicles and transporting mail, packages, supplies, and materials across the district. This position serves as a driver for Distribution Services, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable intercampus delivery. Provide flexible, as-needed operational support to assist full-time staff and maintain workflow continuity within the Procurement and College Services department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers while representing the College in a professional manner.

Serve as driver for campus distribution operations, operating various college vehicles to transport mail, packages, supplies, and materials across all campus locations throughout the district.

Perform frequent, timely pick-ups and deliveries to support daily college operations, schedules, and interdepartmental needs.

Ensure safe vehicle operation and transportation practices, including adherence to traffic laws, defensive driving standards, and proper handling of materials during transport.

Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs to ensure fleet vehicles remain in safe, clean, and proper operating condition.

Load, unload, and transport materials using appropriate equipment (carts, hand trucks, etc.) while ensuring accuracy and care in delivery.

Maintain delivery schedules and coordinate routes efficiently to meet operational timelines and service expectations.

Provide operational support to full-time Distribution Assistants and Printing Services as needed to maintain workflow continuity, including assistance with mail processing, shipping and receiving activities, basic data entry, fleet coordination, and copy center functions.

Support additional distribution, procurement, and printing activities on an as-needed basis, ensuring continuity of operations across the department.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience

  • One year of related mail services and/distribution/driving experience

Computer Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under the District's standard insurance policy terms.
