Location: Portsmouth, NH. WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum.
Job Summary: As a Part-Time Concierge, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, person-centered resident experience, with responsibilities including:
  • Greeting residents, family members, visitors, and callers with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
  • Building caring, positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, word processing, and general office support.
  • Responding to busy or unexpected situations with calm, patience, and a helpful, solution-focused attitude.
  • Using flexibility and thoughtful problem-solving to support the day-to-day needs of the community.
  • Providing consistently friendly, attentive support, making the community feel at home.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
