Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Home Care Office.

Job Type: Part-Time.
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina.
Pay: Based on experience.
Schedule: Approximately 10-20 hours a week.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our home care office. This role focuses primarily on answering phones, assisting clients and caregivers, and maintaining clerical compliance documentation. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate staff. 
  • Assist clients, caregivers, and visitors with general inquiries. 
  • Maintain and organize client and employee files. 
  • Assist with clerical compliance tracking and documentation updates.
  • Ensure employee files remain complete and organized. 
  • Perform data entry and basic office documentation tasks. 
  • Support scheduling and daily office operations as needed. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information. 

Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred. 
  • Strong phone and customer service skills. 
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
