Job Description

Support ETF business development efforts through collaboration with sales teams, contributing to client engagement and market growth initiatives. Assist in developing materials and insights related to Defined Outcome strategies and portfolio construction to support advisor conversations and client outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with ETF specialists, Innovator Sales, and broader GS sales teams to support distribution efforts across channels
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and market updates related to ETF strategies
  • Support advisor and client inquiries by providing data, analytics, and product information
  • Contribute to portfolio implementation discussions by developing analysis and illustrative use cases for ETF strategies
  • Track sales activity and maintain reporting to help identify opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Participate in team meetings, client calls, and events, providing logistical and analytical support

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in asset management, ETFs, or a related financial services role
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline required
  • Progress toward CFA or other relevant designation is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in financial markets, investment products, and portfolio construction

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Chicago, IL, United States-based position is $70000-$125000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
