Crescere ABA is a privately owned ABA practice founded by three Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care to children with autism and their families. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. If you value clinical excellence, meaningful collaboration, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties Include but Are Not Limited To
- Conduct behavioral assessments including functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments.
- Develop, supervise, and maintain individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) implementing treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing treatment plan modifications.
- Provide parent and caregiver training using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and caregivers to support client progress across environments.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with funding source requirements.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification.
- Current Texas LBA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally between the clinic and client homes within the Katy/Houston area.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary starting at $60,000 based on a 20 billable-hour weekly expectation, with additional billable hours compensated at $80/hour.
