The Data and Reporting Intern, Customer Experience is a part-time, learning-focused role designed for a current student interested in data analytics, reporting, and customer experience. Working under the guidance of the Customer Experience and Analytics team, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting report generation, data analysis, and the administration of analytics and survey platforms. This position offers exposure to real business projects and the opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in building, delivering, and maintaining customer reporting using Power BI, under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Help analyze and interpret a mix of qualitative and quantitative data and contribute to clear, business-relevant summaries of findings.
    • Learn and apply best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, validation, and documentation.
    • Support routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements that inform business insights.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a BA/BS degree, preferably in a relevant field such as data analytics, business, marketing, information systems, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Coursework, familiarity, or demonstrated interest in Power BI and basic data/reporting concepts; willingness to develop these skills on the job.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and teams.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and contribute as part of a team.
  • Interest in or exposure to customer experience and marketing concepts preferred.

What can you expect?

  • Part-time schedule of approximately 29–35 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate academic commitments.
  • Regular, predictable attendance during agreed-upon hours is an essential function of this position.
  • General availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with a schedule coordinated around the intern’s class schedule and the department’s business needs.
