Job description

About Lily & Fox

Lily and Fox is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand best known for the largest selection of nail wraps in the world. We serve millions of customers around the world who love being able to find looks they have never seen before. We have made it our mission to make beauty more affordable, and there is no company in the world that combines the quality, breadth, and affordability of our products. We are proud to be setting the pace for the future of the nail industry.

Our People

We're a tight-knit team that:

  • Thrives on turning the impossible into possible
  • Isn't afraid to take bold chances to move the business forward
  • Sees every challenge as a chance to learn and grow
  • Believes the best work happens when teams win together
  • Stays curious and always looks ahead to what's next

Our employees say they've never learned as much anywhere else, and that's because we give them a chance to take true ownership. We want our people to have the freedom to roll out new ideas and get the satisfaction of seeing how their work directly shapes the customer experience.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time, onsite recruiter who can help us build the team that powers our warehouse. This isn't about posting and hoping, it's about finding the right people, keeping high standards, and making sure we're ready for growth and seasonal surges.

If you love matching people to the right role and want flexibility in your workday, this is a great fit. The role is designed for someone who thrives on ownership but wants part-time hours.

What You'll Do
  • Own hourly recruiting end-to-end: posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating onsite interviews.
  • Build a reliable pipeline of hourly talent.
  • Partner with leadership to maintain standards and ensure consistency in hiring.
  • Coach and support our Ops team as they learn to evaluate and manage talent.
  • Prepare for seasonal surges (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday) by building a flex pool of part-time and on-demand staff.
  • Track funnel metrics and retention outcomes to improve quality of hires.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (hourly, high-volume, or warehouse strongly preferred).
  • Strong instincts for screening and interviewing.
  • Ability to work onsite and partner directly with warehouse staff and supervisors
  • Clear communication skills and strong organizational habits
  • A track record of holding hiring standards and reducing early turnover
Why This Role Rocks
  • Flexible hours — a part-time role designed to fit into your life, not take it over.
  • Real impact — shape the team that delivers for millions of customers.
  • Growth opportunity — help us evolve from scrappy to scalable as we build warehouse operations.
  • Ownership — reduce costs, improve retention, and make our busiest seasons smoother.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
  • Flexible part-time schedule (20 hrs/week)
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business scales
Equal Opportunity

Lily & Fox is committed to equal employment opportunity in all practices. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
