Opportunity: Axyde Analytics proposal for USTDA 1131PL26R0058, Europe and Eurasia Digital Infrastructure Project Scoping Services
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead cybersecurity opportunity assessment and activity design for national, telecom, public-sector and critical digital infrastructure.
REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS
•Assess SOC/CSIRT, incident response, digital forensics, zero trust, telecom security and supply-chain risk.
•Translate threats, architecture and operating gaps into phased roadmaps, TOR tasks, budgets and measurable outcomes.
•Challenge vendor claims and integrate privacy, data handling, workforce and sustainable O&M.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
•10+ years of relevant cybersecurity judgment and leadership.
•Named public-sector, telecom or critical-infrastructure assessments and modernization products.
•Direct report, roadmap, feasibility, TOR/SOW or investment-decision authorship.
•CISSP, CISM, CCISO or comparable senior evidence preferred.
•U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
•Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
