What you'll do:

Under the direction of the Manager, a Customer Service Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members as well as ensuring merchandising and image standards for the department are maintained. The Customer Service Clerk supports the operational goals of the department. Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Operating the point-of-sale system, completing customer purchases and packaging

  • Responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.

  • assist with ordering, receiving and displaying the product

  • Receive, store, and manage product from vendors including hardware, feed, animal health products, and oil and lube

  • Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale

  • Performs general housekeeping and maintenance duties (spills, display fixtures, washrooms, etc.) to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, clean, and tidy

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in retail, and you have:

  • Strong customer service skills based on experience.
  • Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
  • Class 5 license
  • Willingness to participate in forklift training and operation.
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
  • Looking to work between 12-24 hours per week. Including days, evening and weekends - on rotation.
