The Opportunity

RV Service Now is bringing convenient, professional, white-glove mobile repair directly to RV owners at home, in storage, and at campgrounds and resorts. As an early member of our Tampa Bay launch team, you’ll build the local relationships that make us the trusted name owners call when service is needed.

You’ll meet managers and decision-makers at RV parks, resorts, storage facilities, clubs, and RV communities—introducing our service and turning strong relationships into referrals and booked appointments.

This is a local, field-based position. Applicants must currently live within reasonable driving distance of the Tampa Bay territory and be available to begin within three weeks. Relocation assistance is not available.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with high-value RV locations in an assigned Tampa Bay territory.

• Visit accounts, share branded materials, and identify partnership opportunities.

• Represent RV Service Now at select club meetings, rallies, and community events.

• Track contacts, follow-ups, referrals, and qualified appointments in company tools.

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Enjoy meeting people, building trust, and working independently in the field.

• Know the RV lifestyle or Tampa Bay RV community—ownership or industry relationships are a plus.

• Have experience in field marketing, outside sales, business development, hospitality, or relationship-based sales.

• Have a reliable vehicle, valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record, and can travel locally.

• Are comfortable with Florida weather, a smartphone or tablet, and a flexible schedule that includes some weekends.

Pay & Appointment Incentives

In addition to $18-per-hour base pay, this position includes an uncapped, tiered monthly appointment incentive:

• 1–4 qualifying appointments: $25 per appointment

• 5–9 qualifying appointments: $35 per appointment

• 10–14 qualifying appointments: $40 per appointment

• 15 or more qualifying appointments: $50 per appointment

The highest tier reached applies retroactively to every qualifying appointment completed during that month. Reaching 15 appointments unlocks the maximum $50-per-appointment rate, but there is no cap on the number of appointments or the total incentive that can be earned.

Examples:

• 5 appointments = $175

• 10 appointments = $400

• 15 appointments = $750

• 25 appointments = $1,250

At 25 hours per week, estimated total monthly earnings would be approximately $2,700 with 15 qualifying appointments or $3,200 with 25 qualifying appointments.

A qualifying appointment must result from your outreach, be booked and kept by the customer, and lead to an eligible service visit completed by an RV Service Now technician. Canceled or missed appointments do not qualify; rescheduled appointments qualify once completed.

During each of your first two full months, you will receive the greater of the appointment incentives you earn or a $250 minimum monthly incentive when weekly prospecting and reporting requirements are met.
