Salary Range: $53.99 - $77.79
Shift Differentials:
  • $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
  • $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary
Asante's Black Oak Immediate Care is open 365 days a year from 8:00am to 8:00pm and the RN's in this role will work within those days and hours. A Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s). Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers superb health care in a compassionate manner, is committed to excellence and empowered to streamline and improve operations.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience
  • 2 years of recent Emergency RN experience is required
  • Proficient skills regarding ESI triage criteria is required

License/Certification
  • RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
  • PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life is Support preferred
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support is preferred
  • CEN: Certified Emergency Nurse is preferred
