CRM Program Specialist
The Opportunity:
Drive the adoption of the company's opportunity pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) system. Promote CRM best practices through effective use of Salesforce functionality to support users and enhance operational efficiency. Build and maintain workflows and automation to continuously improve the CRM user experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase platform adoption. Actively participate in governance processes as a user advocate. Document requirements and collaborate closely with the Chief Information Office to plan release schedules for new enhancements. Provide Tier 1 user support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and reliable CRM experience. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • 2+ years of experience with business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience using and configuring Agentforce
  • Experience creating and maintaining customer-ready documentation
  • Ability to communicate with audiences varying in size and seniority
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
