Part-Time Activities Assistant
Location: Magnolias of Lancaster – Lancaster, PA
Pay: Starting at $15.60 per hour

Magnolias of Lancaster is looking for a fun, energetic, and compassionate Part-Time Activities Assistant to help create meaningful experiences for our residents. This position offers a very flexible schedule based on your availability, including every other weekend. Candidates may also be asked to assist with resident care as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and leading engaging group and one-on-one activities
  • Encourage resident participation and social interaction
  • Help set up and clean up activities and special events
  • Support the Life Stages Director with daily programming
  • Provide personal care assistance when needed
