We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic team members to join us as Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you’ll engage with customers to help them discover the perfect games, puzzles, and toys, share your knowledge and enthusiasm about our products, and ensure every visit to the store is fun and memorable. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, playful environment and want to be part of a team that brings joy and creativity to every customer experience, this is the role for you!

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet customers warmly, answer questions, build confidence, and recommend products tailored to their needs, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, process payments accurately, and issue receipts.
  • Keep the store organized and visually appealing, restock merchandise, and ensure inventory levels meet customer demand.
  • Serve as a product expert, providing detailed information and guidance about our games, puzzles, and toys.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering advice on product selection, usage, care, and maintenance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to support store profitability.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, assisting customers promptly and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
  • Serve as a role model for customer service and attitude, supporting and inspiring fellow sales associates.

You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of customers.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Passion for or knowledge of pop culture, board games, and puzzles (preferred).
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift to 20 pounds.

Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour

This is a replacement position.
