  • Perform initial, quarterly and annual assessments of residents
  • Provide daily small and individual music therapy for residents with psychological and physical impairments
  • Design music therapy interventions suitable for residents according to each individual's clinical goals and objectives
  • Document progress notes for residents who are receiving music therapy services
  • Use multiple forms of media to measure and demonstrate the progress and impact of music therapy services for residents
