Job description

ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist, Full Time or Part Time, Outpatient Orthopedics Spring Hill Physical Therapy 300 Sierra College Dr., Suite 165, Grass Valley, CA 95945

Spring Hill Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist in Grass Valley, California. A relocation bonus is available. Full-time is preferred, and new graduate PTs will receive dedicated support and mentorship. Candidates with a pelvic floor or neurological specialty are highly encouraged to apply.

About the Role

You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a diverse caseload that includes some emphasis on post-operative patients. The clinic integrates Pilates-based rehabilitation and craniosacral therapy and offers specialized programs in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. All care is provided one-on-one in 40-minute treatment sessions, with full-time PTs seeing approximately 12 patients per day. The practice actively supports clinicians who want to develop or expand specialty skills and pursue additional certifications, particularly in pelvic floor and neurological rehabilitation.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with some flexibility for earlier or later shifts. No weekends and no major holidays are required. Availability to work both Mondays and Fridays is required for all candidates.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for a full-time position is $93,600 to $124,800 per year based on experience. Benefits include a basic health insurance plan for full-time employees, a Simple IRA retirement plan with a 2% employer match, 4 paid holidays, accrued PTO based on experience and hours worked, and a $900 annual continuing education stipend for full-time clinicians. Structured mentoring is provided for new graduates.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 20 hours and three weekdays of availability, including both Mondays and Fridays, will also be considered.
