Job description

CPR Instructor (BLS/CPR/First Aid) – Part-Time
Heart CPR is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are passionate about teaching lifesaving skills and making a positive impact in the community. If you enjoy working with people and helping others gain the confidence to respond in emergencies, we'd love to have you join our team as a BLS/CPR Instructor.

Schedule:
  • Monday through Sunday
  • Flexible part-time shifts (6–8 hours)

Pay:
  • $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students and clients.
  • Teach CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS courses in accordance with American Heart Association and American Red Cross guidelines.
  • Arrive on time and ensure classrooms are properly set up before each class.
  • Clean and organize the classroom after each course.
  • Inspect, maintain, and properly store training equipment, reporting any damage or missing items.
  • Complete class rosters, certification paperwork, and required reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and working with people.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel to various training locations.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross instructor certification is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to lift and transport training equipment (up to 40 pounds).
