Mercedes Benz of Lancaster, part of the Lancaster County Motors Family of Dealerships has an opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist/Cashier. The primary responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, receiving payments, reviewing repair orders, verifying labor and materials invoices, data entry of coupons, rebates, discounts and balancing transactions daily. Job Duties Include: Answers multi-line telephone systems and refers calls accordingly Provides information to the public and internal customer by mail, email and telephone Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner Accurately and efficiently process cash and credit card transactions and use a computer system Accurately and efficiently process customer agreements, service tickets and dealer exchanges using a computer system General office duties, including filing, inventories Other duties as assigned .
