Shining Rock Golf Club is a premier public golf course located in Northbridge, Massachusetts.
Our food and beverage team supports daily clubhouse dining as well as tournaments, leagues, corporate outings, weddings, and private events throughout the season. We are seeking professional and dependable servers who are committed to providing excellent service and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.


Position Overview

Servers are responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests in the clubhouse and during tournaments and special events. This role requires strong hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Seasonal and Part time positions available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in the clubhouse dining areas and during events
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly
  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for tournaments, outings, and private events
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Process payments accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures
  • Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Uphold Alliance Golf standards of professionalism and hospitality
