JOB SUMMARY:
The Utah Mammoth Culinary Line Cook will be led by the Executive Performance Chef/Performance Sous Chef and work with the nutrition staff collaboratively. The Line Cook is responsible for following directions and executing menu items using a variety of cooking techniques. This position must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. The Line Cook must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace and challenge themselves to grow at a high level while maintaining attention to detail.
This is a part-time seasonal position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute dishes with consistency and accuracy on grill and sautรฉ stations.
  • Support plating and service during team meal sessions in an open kitchen setting.
  • Maintain meticulous station setup, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Assist in prep, inventory, and proper food storage as directed by Lead Cook or Sous Chef.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times within a private team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
