Job description

Athletic Club Boise is seeking dependable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our Event Day Setup & Conversion Crew. This position is responsible for assisting with pre-event venue setup and stadium conversion to ensure a professional and seamless matchday, event day and concert experience for fans, staff, partners, and players.
This is a part-time, event-based role working primarily 4-6 hour shifts on matchdays, with occasional opportunities for additional hours on non-event operational or special project days.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with stadium and venue setup before matches and events
  • Set up tables, tents, barricades, signage, and fan activation areas
  • Prepare concourse, hospitality, and operational spaces
  • Support field-level and matchday presentation setup
  • Assist with venue conversions and operational preparations
  • Move and organize equipment and supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work closely with the Director of Stadium Operations to execute event preparation efficiently

Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs preferred)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Previous event, sports, or operations experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule
  • Event days, primarily evenings and weekends
  • Typical shifts range from 4-6 hours
  • Additional optional hours may be available for special events and operational projects
