Position Summary
Conversion Crew Members are responsible for the set-up and strike of events. They work on teams to accomplish many tasks throughout the building. They may be setting a room for a small dinner or catering picnic areas for guests. Crew memebers will work different shifts including days, nights and weekeneds.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00-$14.00.
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until July 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and strike event-related equipment such as tables, chairs, bar areas, linens, etc., and assemble and disassemble support equipment for catering needs throughout the park.
  • Carry out general clean-up duties as required for each event during move-in, decorator set-up/rehearsal, event, or move-out activity.
  • Accept direction and other assigned duties from Supervisors or Managers.
  • Continually seek improved methods for doing jobs more efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Will be able to lift up heavy objects often.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Previous experience with conversions a plus.
  • Ability to work a varied and flexible work schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
