Job Title: Quality Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Description

This part-time Quality Administrator role offers approximately 20 hours per week during daytime hours and focuses on supporting quality assurance and quality control activities. You will manage quality documentation, enter laboratory and testing data into quality systems, and assist the quality team with general office tasks. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a laboratory setting while using basic computer tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain quality documentation in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Enter laboratory and testing data into designated quality systems with a high level of precision.
  • Support the quality assurance and quality control team with general office and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, update, and file records related to quality processes and laboratory activities.
  • Ensure data integrity by reviewing entries for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the quality documentation is current and easily accessible.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for handling quality-related documents and data.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing materials needed for quality audits or reviews.

Pay and Benefits
