Medical Transportation Driver | Flexible Schedules | Up to $20+/Hr
Help people. Drive locally. Be home every day.
Bluebirds Transportation is hiring dependable, caring drivers to transport clients to medical appointments throughout the Treasure Valley.
Multiple Opportunities Available:
  • Full-Time Driver - $16/hr
  • Flex Driver - $17/hr
    (Available for a daily midday break)
  • On-Call Driver - $20/hr when dispatched
    (No guaranteed hours)
  • Independent Contractor Program
    Use your own vehicle and earn approximately 60% of trip revenue.

Use Your Own Vehicle & Earn More
Qualified employee drivers may use their own vehicle and earn:
  • Hourly pay plus $0.60 per loaded mile
  • Additional vehicle maintenance contributions

Qualified contractors may:
  • Use their own vehicle
  • Lease a company vehicle (subject to availability)
  • Build their own transportation business with support from Bluebirds
