The Marketing Coordinator will help support our growing marketing team. This contract role is a great opportunity for marketing students, aspiring marketers, or experienced professionals looking for flexible work and meaningful hands-on experience. From day one, you will get hands-on exposure to email marketing, campaign execution, social media, events, and day-to-day marketing operations. We are looking for someone curious, motivated, and eager to learn. Roles and Responsibilities:
Dallas Cowboys Campaign
  • Provide hands-on support for our annual Dallas Cowboys marketing campaign
  • Assist with campaign logistics, asset coordination, and promotional execution
  • Help track campaign deliverables and deadlines to keep things on schedule

Email Marketing
  • Help build and launch email campaigns in our new email platform as we migrate off our current system
  • Learn the new platform quickly and support the team in getting campaigns up and running
  • Set up, QA, and schedule emails according to campaign briefs and send calendars
  • Assist with list hygiene and audience segmentation in the new platform

Data & Reporting
  • Pull basic campaign performance reports including email open rates and click rates
  • Maintain marketing trackers and spreadsheets to keep the team organized
  • Help keep CRM and contact lists clean and up to date

General Support
  • Maintain and track swag inventory, including ordering, restocking, and fulfillment coordination
  • Organize and manage branded merchandise for events, sales team requests, and campaigns
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Other responsibilities to support the team

  • Part-time availability - 20 hours per week in-office (MWF)
