RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create dozens of short-form video ads a day
  • Be able to learn the ins and outs of repeatable creative formats (e.g., fake podcast, different types of skits, street interviews, etc)
  • Collaborate with the creative strategy team to interpret results and ship iterations (new hooks, angles, openings, pacing, CTAs, thumbnails).
  • Maintain a content pipeline: content calendar, shot lists, asset management, and versioning.
  • Stay current on platform trends, creator formats, audio, editing styles, and best practices-then translate them into winning assets.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, product claims, and compliance guidelines.

  • A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative
  • Ability to manage creative production workflows

BENEFITS

  • Get to be the face of some of the fastest-growing companies in the world
  • Clear pipeline to a full-time creative strategist role with higher compensation
