  • Facilitate retail sales, including customer assistance and follow-up.
  • Encourage and reinforce customer decisions to increase average dollar sale and units sold per transaction.
  • Stock and maintain the appearance of sales floor and merchandise displays.
  • Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions.
  • Follow established regulations, guidelines and procedures related to the sale of alcohol and or tobacco.

  • Demonstrated money-handling and math skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate computerized cash register.
  • Must obtain and maintain a current State Responsible Vendor Permit

  • These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 1-year experience directly related to the accountabilities specified or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
