Job description

The Graphic Designer supports the hospital's brand and marketing initiatives through creative graphic design and production across internal and external communications. This role partners with marketing leadership, project coordinators, and a range of internal and external creative and production vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand visual storytelling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related advertising field is required.
  • Minimum of three years graphic design experience required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required. After Effects skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Design a range of visual materials including both web and print. Some examples include digital ads, social ads, billboards, brochures, annual reports, flyers and posters.
  • Apply core graphic design principles while consistently maintaining Woman's Hospital's corporate brand and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with creative supervisor to execute high-quality collateral.
  • Collaborate with the in-house print shop and external vendors on occasion to communicate project specifications and quality expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while proactively communicating status updates, challenges, and potential production issues to creative supervisor, project coordinators, and/or vendors.

Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Remote work eligible after probationary period

Compensation:
  • Hourly, Non-Exempt Position
  • $22.91 - $36.66
