GFT Ready Mix is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Inside Sales team member to support our sales and billing processes. This position will assist with project setup, customer documentation, billing review, and follow-up on outstanding quotes.


Position Details

  • Location: GFT Ready Mix – Arizona Corporate Office
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 2 pm

Responsibilities

  • Set up new customer projects and maintain accurate project information.
  • Review billing information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain delivery tickets and related documentation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding quotes and proposals.
  • Assist the sales team with customer and project-related administrative needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments.
  • Perform other sales support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with customers by phone and email.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, sales support, billing, or construction industry experience preferred.
