  • Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Maintain the reservation system and communicate updates to the team
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas
  • Assist with setting and clearing tables as needed
  • Support restaurant operations, including stocking supplies and maintaining presentation standards
  • Address guest concerns or complaints calmly and professionally, escalating as required
  • Maintain awareness of menus, pricing, promotions, and daily specials
  • Follow all company service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions
 Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
