Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt Supervisor: Retail Manager
Location: Chandler, AZ Direct Reports: None
Job Summary:
The Retail Associate supports day-to-day operations in the retail store, ensuring an organized, customer-friendly environment. This position is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting inventory management, and helping fulfill online orders as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist with product organization.
  • Assist with inventory counts and receiving new product shipments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
  • Support the packing and processing of online orders.
  • Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention protocols.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures as assigned.
