Part-time Loan Car Coordinator

Wexford, PA

Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm

$16-$17 per hour based on experience

As a Loaner Car Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the loaner car fleet at the dealership. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate between customers and service advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the availability and scheduling of loaner vehicles for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and mileage.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle availability and status.
  • Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
  • Assist with inventory management and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications.
