Hours: 1st Shift. Flexible. Possibly a schedule of 3 full days or 5 half days.
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be comfortable working with computers and office software, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and positive first impression.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Support office mailings, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
