In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to all Fair Housing Laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, securing leases through effective sales and marketing techniques, and developing competitive marketing strategies. You'll maintain detailed knowledge of the community, property features, and competitor offerings while building relationships with local businesses and realtors to attract new residents.
Additional duties include preparing lease documents, collecting fees, coordinating service requests, and ensuring vacant units are market ready. You'll contribute to maintaining a welcoming office environment, planning community events, and managing social media postings in line with company policies. Collaboration with the team and upholding a professional demeanor are essential as you strive to foster positive resident relationships and resolve issues diplomatically.
